Aragon and Zeus
To tell you the truth I cannot confirm this is Snow Man. The grey stallions are getting really confusing. Anyway this is a bachelor that was with other bachelors (and a bird) on this day.
He has a handsome bay friend who is very shy.
Look how typey they look!
This stallion had no white on him that I noticed. This stud is a bit of a mystery .
This was a fun encounter, it is always great to meet new horses.
He is quite the looker and mover. 100% mustang.
The more I look at these photos the more I am convinced this is not Snow Man.

More Eagle
I am so lucky, I bump into Eagle's band again today. Here is the Eagle.
The horses were curious about me and let me get a good look at them.
Here is the mare, Lark, with the two youngsters. I know the pinto is hers. but I am not sure about the little bay filly. Is she an orphan?
This is the young stallion in the band. He has been given the name Hoot. I don't know if he is Lark's yearling or a tag along bachelor stallion. For awhile he left and joined the bachelors, but now he is back with his family.
Hoot looks up to Eagle, even when he is having a bad hair day!
Falcon is a split face pinto colt. Extra cute and special.
Look at Eagle's face. Is that a big scar?
Glad to be alive and roaming the range freely like his ancestors before him...Falcon.
Hoot loves little Sparrow. She is a special needs horse. Her family cares for her.
Eagle seems to be telling secrets to Hoot.
I love this little frail filly. I hope she can survive a brutal Sand Wash winter. All I can do is hope.

Vegas & CO
This video is special to me because my adopted 2 yr old is out of the bay, Vegas. ( almost sure). He has just recently required the bay mare and her redhead foal. I wonder if the grey mare and her yearling colt were showing her up? My horse is like Vegas...big and layed back.

Jib's Band
It's always a pleasure to see Jib's band...I don't run into them all that often. Jib is the sorrel on the left.
Here he is high stepping over the sage.
This is Crazy Horse, she is an unusually colored pinto. Beautiful!
The other mare is grey, she has a cute little filly who is also a grey.
The wild and free band stallion, Jib. Since I have seen him last he has lost a bay mare and her bay colt.
This is the sorrel yearling in the band. I am pretty sure she is a filly.
Crazy Horse.
So alert and curious!
Jib has a word with Crazy Horse....
He takes one last look at me....
...and they are off! Crazy bucking as she flees.
This was a wonderful encounter. Really nice horses, each and every one.

Thunder and Ranger
Sparrow
Sparrow is the little bay filly in Eagle's band. She is a bit of an underdog.
Here she is front and center with her entire Sand Wash family. To me she looks frail and a little underdeveloped.
But she has this gorgeous band stallion to look after her.
Here she is with her little mustang brother, Falcon. He is almost as big as her and she is older.
This is Hoot, the young stallion that hangs with the band.
Falcon and his dam, Lark. In my opinion, one of the prettiest mares out there!
Look at the white mark on Eagle's neck. This makes him different then the other bay stallions on the range.
See how dainty Sparrow is?
Hoot is just a little guy. He is learning the ways of a wild horse from the magnificant Eagle.
Hoot and Falcon.
Little pinto leading the way!
