Bug's Band
It sure was good to see Bugs and his band. Sundance, the whiter then white yearling is stunning! He is hanging out with his dam, his brother and his brother's best friend, Ziggy. Ziggy's mom was seen with a new stallion (Nomad) yesterday along with Sundance's half brother, Butch. Butch is also a palomino, but Sundance is lighter and more refined. So in this band we have 4 studs and one mare!
There's Sundance with his half brother, Ziggy. We have 3 "white" yearling colts out there...this one.. Sundance, Butch, his half brother, and Bobby from Corona's band.
Best buds. Skip and Ziggy.
The horses are pretty scruffy, but will quickly bloom. Actually these two were scruffier and skinnier last year. I'll never forget the first time I saw them...always goofing off together.
This is the black tailing Bugs. He was following them last year too. He actually took over Bugs mares for awhile....we call him Slick. He has one right front sock.
Bugs keeping his eye on Slick. Nothing serious became of it, that will come later. for now the horses are concentrating on getting food in their mouths!
Skip telling Sundance secrets of Sand Wash Basin (-:
