Often times out at Sand Wash you see the bachelor stallions paired up.
Kiowa is a gorgeous bay pinto with a great big blaze and splotches.
His buddy, Roper, is a lined back dun with a thin stripe and a star.

Here is the other side of Kiowa, he looks different depending on what angle you view him.
That's Thunder, the bay with a star. I spooked him!
...but he stops to turn around.
He doesn't like what he sees and runs off.
Thunder was with the overo pinto, Ranger. The Hildago of Sand Wash Basin.
